Renewing your Account or Paying your bills just a call away

It has been our constant endeavour to bring convenience closer to you. In order to ensure you enjoy uninterrupted broadband connectivity, YOU Broadband introduces IVR mode of payment of your bills - in association with atom. With this technology paying YOU Broadband bill is just a phone call away.

Effective March 12, 2009 customers need not wait for our executive or look for a drop box to put the cheque and most importantly no need to pay in cash.

Follow these simple steps to renew your account online:

If you are a PREPAID customer:
  • Please call the YOU Broadband Help Line number of your location
  • On being connected to the IVR Press 2 to confirm that you are an existing YOU Customer
  • Press 1 to select account renewal option
  • Please follow the IVR Prompt and validate your account number
  • Press 1 to renew your current plan
  • Press 2 for a change of plan and select the suitable plan from the list of plans mentioned
  • Select the payment mode: either through Credit Card or ITZ Cash Card
  • IVR will confirm the transaction status and the renewal status of your account
If you are a SUVIDHA customer:
  • Please call the YOU Broadband Help Line number of your location
  • On being connected to the IVR Press 2 to confirm that you are an existing YOU Customer
  • Press 1 to select account renewal option
  • Please follow the IVR Prompt and validate your account number
  • IVR will confirm your current plan and current outstanding
  • Please enter the amount you wish to pay. Please note that the entered amount should not be less than the outstanding amount.
  • Select the payment mode: either through Credit Card or ITZ Cash Card
  • IVR will confirm the transaction status and transaction id for your ready reference
