Prior to Activation:
In the unlikely event of you deciding to cancel your application for a YOU Telecom connection, for any reason, the appropriate refund will be made by YOU Telecom at the earliest.

Post Activation:
Should you decide to disconnect your YOU Telecom connection after activation, you an avail of a refund once you fax/write/courier a letter to us, asking for a disconnection. This refund, after adjusting any dues, will be made by YOU Telecom directly to you by cheque.

Advance Rental:
Depending on the Rate Plan subscribed to, advance rent of one month will be charged in the first bill.
