Documentation required

a. Address Proof: Photocopy of any of the following

1. Ration card
4. Latest society or water bill
2. Latest MTNL bill
5. Property tax or IT returns
3. Latest paid bill of another operator

b. Photo Identity: Photocopy of any of the following

1. Passport
4. Voter's ID card
2. Driving license
5. Company or college (current session)
3. PAN card

c. Incase of office address for billing:

1. Address proof as an existing proof of the company 2. NOC from the company
All these documents are to be self-attested and the originals have to be shown to our representative for verification.
