Troubleshooting
If you receive "User not Online" Message.

* Check if you have dialed a valid phone number.

* Always select the country code from the drop down list before making making a call.

* You must be having in sufficient funds in order to make a call.
Your voice is not audible on the other end (or) You cannot hear the voice of the person on the other end.

The below are the list of possible reason for this problem.

* Check if your microphone and speakers are connected to your computer in the proper slots.

* Check if your speakers & microphone are not set to a lower values.
List of message and their reasons
MESSAGE REASON
NO NUMBER TO DIAL Type the Number in the the dialbox and click Dial.
USER NOT ONLINE Destination party is not online
GK NOT FOUND GateKeeper is not running.
USER ALREADY LOGGED IN Change the UserName,Password and try.
CALL SNAPPED User doesn't have sufficient funds, when user is in Call.
USER BUSY Destination party is already in a call.
INSUFFICIENT FUND User doesn't have sufficient funds to make a call.
UNREGISTERED User is not registered with Gate Keeper.
NOANSWER Callee is not picking up the phone
MISSED CALL User missed the call
READY User can now make a call.
RINGING Ringing in other end
CONNECTED Two parties are in Call.
CALL FROM Incoming call, user has to accept or reject the all.
DISCONNECTED Caller/Callee disconnected the call.
