  1. The Promotion is organized by YOU TELECOM INDIA PVT LTD, HYDERABAD REGION and is valid from 15th to 22nd August 2007. This promotiot is open only for Indian residents.
  2. To avail of the offer, the customer needs to subscribe YOU Telecom India Private Limited Internet Broadband notified plan.
  3. Only new Installed customers (within promotion validity period) will be eligible for the lucky draw. Winners will be selected through computer based software
  4. The Prize(s) shall not be transferable / redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained by YOU Telecom in this regard..
  5. This contest is open to all persons other than the employees of YOU Telecom, Palasa Incorporated & MPG India & parent/subsidiaries or their family members
  6. YOU TELECOM is not liable for any warranty either expressed or implied concerning the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize.
  7. YOU TELECOM shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that maybe suffered, or for any personal injury that maybe suffered, as a result of participating in this contest or using any prize.
  8. YOU TELECOM accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize(s) shown.
  9. The decision of the management shall be final and binding and is non-contestable. No correspondence will be entertained on the same.
  10. YOU TELECOM reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
  11. All applicable taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of prize/s, shall be payable by the winner of the respective prize. Winner must have a valid PAN card to claim the prizes.
  12. Taxes and levies on winnings may be imposed by Central, State and Local government authorities from time to time and Contest winners are fully responsible in this regard for the same.
  13. All costs and expenses for collecting the prize/s will be borne by the winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by YOU TELECOM in this regard.
  14. YOU TELECOM shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize(s) after handing over the same to the winner/ his/ her assign(s).
  15. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against YOU TELCOM & parent/subsidiaries.
  16. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of YOU TELECOM shall be final and binding on all concerned.
  17. The Management of YOU TELECOM & parent/subsidiaries reserves the right to cancel / postpone /stop this promotional activity at its discretion.
  18. All contests shall be governed by & construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the contests are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
